Fitness & Conditioning

The Fitness & Conditioning Room would like to welcome you to our fitness center.

There are several exercise machines and apparatus followed by: fitness machines, treadmills, bicycles, rowers, dumbells, olympic bars, training bars, chest benhces, back benches, shoulder benches, z-bars for arms, squat machine, exercise balls, exercise bands, training ropes..
You can perform your own aerobic, flexibility and weight training exercises by Fitness Instructor supervision. Losing weight, endurance training, muscle fitness, body sculpting could be your goals, take reservation and start doing exercises from our modern fitness room.

The Fitness and Conditioning Room is designed to promote health through fitness, education, programs and services that aid in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Staffed by educated student's assistans the Room provide services including:
Equipment Orientation
Personal Training
Fitness Classes

 ATTENTION

All users must wear closed-toe shoes: sandals are prohibited in the Room. Children 12 years and under are not permitted in the Room at any time. Spotters are required for all lifts above the body, squats, and heavy dumbbells. Weights and related equipment may not be rearranged or removed from the Room. All free weights, dumbbells, plates, etc., must be returned to their respective racks following use. Failure of a user to return weights may cause a loss of recreational privileges. Shirts must be worn and towels used when using exercise or weight equipment to minimize the transmission of infections. All users must re-rack their weights. Users may not (bang) hand weights or dumbbells together as this damages the weights.
